Withdrawal and refunds
hitPR Pro is sold exclusively through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Ordering, payment and refunds run through the store you bought in. Apple and Google accept withdrawal declarations themselves under their own terms. Where to turn therefore depends on where you bought.
Bought through the App Store (iPhone, iPad)
At Apple, one route leads to both: via “Report a Problem”, Apple accepts withdrawal declarations as well as refund requests, and recommends this route itself. It is also the only route for which Apple promises to confirm receipt.
Bought through Google Play (Android)
